I already have lash extensions. What should I book?
If your current lashes were done at another salon, please book a Full Set + Removal. We don’t refill work from other salons, so we can start fresh and ensure the result meets Clement Lash standards.
If your current lashes were done at Clement Lash and you’re within our refill window, book a Refill.
If your lashes were done at Clement Lash but it has been more than four weeks, please book a Full Set + Removal.
Can I change my lash style at a refill?
Yes. We can start transitioning your style at your refill. Depending on how different the new design is from your current set, it may take more than one refill to complete the transition.
If you’d like a completely fresh start with no transition between styles, book a Full Set + Removal instead.
How often should I get a refill?
Most clients come in every 2–3 weeks, depending on their natural lash cycle, how quickly their lashes grow out, and how full they like their lashes to look.
If you prefer your lashes to stay consistently full, a 2-week refill may be the best fit. If your lashes still look balanced and you’re comfortable with a little more grow-out, 3 weeks often works well.
Clients with a naturally dense lash line and slower natural lash growth may sometimes be able to go up to 4 weeks and still have enough lashes remaining for a refill.
At Clement Lash, 4 weeks is the maximum refill window. If it has been more than four weeks since your last appointment, please book a Full Set + Removal.
