1. Agreement to These Terms

By booking an appointment or receiving services at Clement Lash (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“client,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms work together with the Consent for Eyelash Extension Procedure form you complete before your service.

2. Our Services

Clement Lash is an eyelash extension studio located at 11130 NE 10th St, Suite 203, Bellevue, WA 98004. We provide professional eyelash extension application, removal, and refill services performed by licensed professionals.

3. Booking & Client Consent

  • All clients must complete our Consent for Eyelash Extension Procedure form before receiving services.
  • Clients under 18 are welcome. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the consent form on the minor’s behalf, and by doing so agrees to these Terms for the minor.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • If you fail to cancel or reschedule in time, do not attend your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show.
  • For late cancellations and no-shows, you authorize Clement Lash to charge 100% of the booked service fee to your card on file.

5. Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we will do our best to complete your service, but we may not be able to complete the full set.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may only be able to complete a partial service, or you may need to reschedule. Rescheduling under these circumstances is subject to the 100% service fee described in Section 4.

6. Health Conditions, Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Eyelash extension adhesives may contain small amounts of irritants or allergens such as cyanoacrylate or formaldehyde. Lash product ingredients may change without notice.
  • Despite our best efforts, allergic reactions are possible. A glue patch test is available upon request before your procedure.
  • By receiving services, you confirm you have no known medical condition that would interfere with the procedure, and you voluntarily assume all risks related to sensitivities or allergic reactions.

7. Conduct During Your Appointment

For your safety and the quality of your results:

  • Phone calls, texting, and other distractions are not permitted during the service.
  • You must keep your eyes fully closed at all times until your stylist tells you the procedure is complete. Opening your eyes during the service is strictly prohibited.
  • Our stylists use professional equipment and materials including bright lighting, airflow devices, under-eye pads, and medical-grade tapes. Please do not refuse, remove, or interfere with these materials.
  • If you do not follow instructions or interfere with the safe performance of the service, your stylist may stop the service immediately. In such cases, the full service fee still applies.

8. Results & Design Expectations

  • Lash extension results vary depending on your natural lash condition, eye shape, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No specific result can be guaranteed.
  • Your stylist will discuss the lash design before beginning. If you do not clearly communicate your desired look, the final design will reflect your stylist’s professional judgment. Dissatisfaction based on personal aesthetic preference is not grounds for a refund.

9. Aftercare

You agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided to you, including: keeping lashes dry for at least 24 hours; avoiding oil-based and waterproof eye products; avoiding steam rooms, saunas, and swimming for 48 hours; and not picking, rubbing, pulling, or attempting to remove your extensions yourself. Poor retention or damage resulting from inadequate aftercare is not our responsibility, and lashes returned in poor condition may not be refillable to a full appearance within the scheduled time.

10. Photo & Video Consent

Unless you provide written notice stating otherwise, you grant Clement Lash permission to photograph or video your eyes/lashes for educational, promotional, or advertising purposes, and you waive any rights to such images.

11. Payment

Once the lash application process begins, you are considered to have received the service. The full service fee is required once the service has started and is nonrefundable, including when a service cannot be completed due to client noncompliance as described in Section 7.

12. Limitation of Liability

You understand the risks described in these Terms and in the consent form, and you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Clement Lash and its service providers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your procedure, except as prohibited by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any legal claims arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
